    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the Vouch platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Vouch Living LLC (“Vouch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Service from Enterprise, NV.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit reviews, or subscribe to landlord tools. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

    3. Subscriptions & Refunds

    Landlord tools such as Priority Inbox are billed monthly through Stripe. You will be charged after any free trial ends. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion for billing errors or within 7 days of an accidental charge if no substantial use occurred.

    4. Landlord Conduct

    Landlords may not harass reviewers, attempt to manipulate ratings, or misuse renter contact information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate landlord accounts for violations, including repeated failure to respond to disputes or abusive behavior toward renters.

    5. Renter Data Usage

    Reviews and ratings you submit become part of the public Vouch dataset, subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell renter review data to third parties. Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be shared for research or marketing.

    6. SMS Terms

    By opting into Priority Inbox SMS alerts, you consent to receive account notification texts from Vouch Living. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    7. Content & Moderation

    Reviews must be truthful and based on actual rental experience. We moderate content to remove spam, hate speech, and personally identifiable information. We may edit or remove content that violates our Community Guidelines.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All platform code, designs, logos, and branding are the property of Vouch Living LLC. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to display and distribute it on the platform.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vouch Living LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the site and, where appropriate, emailed to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

    Property Data Collection

    Vouch collects data on vacant rental units only. All walk-throughs are conducted with explicit written permission from the property owner, property manager, or listing agent. Information, photos, and videos reflect the condition of the unit at the specific date and time of the visit and will be published publicly on Vouch as part of the property record. Vouch keeps historical walk-throughs visible so renters can see changes over time. Vouch uses licensed agents and independent field inspectors. Field inspectors are not licensed real estate agents and do not list, show, lease, or manage property. They only document factual data. Vouch is not a professional home inspector and data is not a warranty of future condition. Vouch does not enter or document occupied units. By using Vouch, users understand that verified data is for informational purposes only.
