  They have 2 pools. Maintenance, keep up with requests, the deal with our work orders fast. The grounds are kept up and very clean. Landscaping is very clean.

  This was a private community. Very beautiful and quiet. Most of the neighbors were friendly.We all watched out for each other. Swimming pool was always clean. Make this is wonderful, always on the move.Start at 8 am. Every morning. Getting things fixed inside of the house could be a burden. What is being private on

  This was a private community. Very beautiful and quiet. Most of the neighbors were friendly.We all watched out for each other. Swimming pool was always clean. Make this is wonderful, always on the move.Start at 8 am. Every morning. Getting things fixed inside of the house could be a burden. What is being private on With his being in private owned is kind of hard sometime to get in touch with the people that need to fix things when it happens. We had to get the kitchen redone, walls, floors, etc.Because of a flooding of a pipe burst in or something. It took about 6 months for them to complete this in the process.We are still trying to maintain and live in the home. No one offered us accommodations at a hotel or anything. This is my only complaint
