This property is managed by invitation homes. If you haven't heard they are at predatory property management company. They have a long junk fee filled lease. They do not fix anything, you can't reach them most of the time, the rent is always higher than advertised because they add junk fees and they advertise houses that do not look like the pictures in person. Be very wary of this PM this unit shows well but they cannot be trusted. The carpets look like they attempted to clean them but they need to be replaced they are stained and will look really bad again in no time
