This property manager was found liable for their renting antics. They have 40 page leases that are filled with junk fees. They "include" your utilities in the rent so they can constantly raise your rent.
This property manager was found liable for their renting antics. They have 40 page leases that are filled with junk fees. They "include" your utilities in the rent so they can constantly raise your rent. My rent was always higher than what I signed the lease for because they always found a way to raise it. They never fixed anything the shower in the primary wouldn't drain properly and made the whole house stink. They never came to even look at it. They also charged an outrageous deposit and then even though I left that house spotless they did not return my deposit until legal action was threatened. I liked my house but will never rent from them again.
